Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our own servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.

This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete personal data depend on the law that covers the information. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides specific rights for consumer health data; it is not a universal deletion law for government records. Because we retain little visitor data, we can generally check our contact mailbox and server logs when a request arrives through the Contact page. Records held by Everett, Snohomish County, or Washington agencies remain under the control of those custodians.
